Various clips & postings indicate that the current legal reform initiative, already approved by the Commission of Constitutional Affairs has been / will be DISCARDED. As far as I have researched, the DISCARDED REFORM INITIATIVE IS THE ONE RELATED TO THE ELECTORAL ELECTION PROCESS, as stated by Ricardo Monreal.
