"All staff was very kind and welcoming at the entrance. When it was my cousin turn to do her biometric the person who called her number started telling her what to do in Spanish and I thought my assistance there was not needed to translate . I went to seat down and wait for her to be done and leave when I heard very loud and rude tone of voice pretty much screaming in English saying that “ You DONT listen “! . I stand up and went to see the hay happened and herd him telling her in in a very rude manner how to put her finger in the scanner pressing her finger hard. I notice she got very nervous it was when I said to that he didn’t to to talk to her like that . Why he started talking to her in Spanish and no English when she doesn’t understand. Yelling at me he said because I speak Spanish and she doesn’t understand. I hope someone take the opportunity to investigate this . I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said “I am the supervisor “ I direct myself to a lady in the same room and asked her to call me a supervisor and she said he is the supervisor. This was a male at Fort Myer 3850 Colonial Blv Suite 100, around 940 am on Sep 15, 2023. I asked him to provide me with an extra yellow sticker to leave a review since the one he gave me when I told him I wanted to put a complain for the way treating ppl, he denied in giving me another paper. Please, look into this case. It’s very sad to have people with this personality, abusing their authority and treating the immigrants just because they don’t have papers this way . This is Not acceptable!"

"Theresa or Teresa was SUPER RUDE. I hope one day she has to use the bathroom so bad and the place she ask to use tells HER NO! Sad pathetic excuse for a human. No humanity. No respect. Karma will definitely swing back around. Hope she learns some respect. At her age you think she would know how to act."

"I have never met nicer and more dedicated people in a government office than there. I watched them helping a family with two little kids filling in the forms and make them feel comfortable. Just wonderful. If everyone holding an official position worked like them, this world would be a better place."

"Our young family came in today to get biometrics done. We're from Canada.WOW, the lady that greeted us today was one of the nicest people we've met, the whole staff was super friendly and kind. My daughter hugged the lady as we left. Honestly never been so blown away with an interaction with the government before. Are all American USCIS people this nice? Highly recommend!"
